Absolutely stunning hotel with friendly staff, great interior and excellent breakfast. The service and staff at the hotel makes you feel like you're in a 5* hotel. The aqua park was a bit crowded but I still think it is the best aqua park in France (at least it is brand new and everything works well).

An excellent place to spend time with family and our dog. From the moment we arrived in the parking lot, the service was top-notch until the end of our stay. The kindness of every staff member we encountered and the extra care they provided made the experience exceptional.

Beautiful hotel very clean and nice staff . We stayed for 4 nights . We felt that the hotel is comparable to 5 stars hotel. Close to hiking trails. Very memorable stay.

very good hotel ! modern , fresh and new . I truly recommend it! also you have shuttle to Courchevel 1850 even at late evening . and also lift but you need to walk about 10 min there and it is open until 23 45 . ski room is good enough but the boxes are not closed with the key . but you have ski in and out

We had a wonderful stay at this fabulous family-friendly hotel with our three children. The facilities were top-notch and our kids had a blast, especially at the aqua park which was definitely the highlight of our trip. They also had a great time playing games in the foyer. One afternoon, we took advantage of the kids club and our children loved every minute of it, enjoying the various games and crafts available. I highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. The staff were all incredibly friendly and took great care of us throughout our stay.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are big and well maintained; very clean and comfortable. The reception and parking personnel are very kind and helpful. We reserved the parking and the hotel provides a valet. The hotel is next to Aquamotion which offers a variety of pools, saunas and places for children. The access for guests to Aquamotion is facilitated via a tunnel under the hotel which is very convenient. The hotel provides several places for kids, it is very kid friendly.

The hotel was recent, clean, lots of amenities for a family: kiddies area, wooden games, table tennis, babyfoot, great seating area, restaurant ( limited menu but not bad), Olympic Games were broadcasted in a large area on a huge screen, valet service, breakfast good, daily cleaning service, concierge. Driving distances to other Courchevel. Tunnel access and limited access to Aqua Motion. Spa area with reduction. Overall - really good for a family. Only thing was lots of lollipops and sweets freely available at reception area !!!!

The hotel is good overall. Room is good size and has decent cleaning standards. I think the furniture could be a bit smarter, but is not necessarily bad. Bathroom is good and well maintained. Bed is good. The aquamotion facilities are a very nice addition, but since it is very far away from the rooms, not the place we went the most (once in the week to visit and that was it. I am sure other people make better use of it)- would be good to have a gym or a pool within the premises of the hotel, one lift away rather than a long walk.
